Katariya steel manufactures the finest quality Inconel 800, 800H, and 800HT Rod, Wires. We manufacture, distribute and export 800,800H rods and wires made with top-class raw material and so our products possess properties like the quality of stress-rupture and creep characteristics in the 593 Deg C to 982 Deg C temp ranges. Incoloy grade 800 wires have a maximum carbon content of around 0.1 percent, Incoloy grade 800H rods contain maximum carbon content of around 0.05-0.1 percent, and grade 800HT rods contain maximum carbon content of around 0.06-0.1. Incoloy grade 800HT wires are nickel-iron-chromium alloy, and also a modified version of alloy 800. Alloy 800 HT has a high creep-rupture.
The high nickel content in Incoloy 800H/800HT grade rod’s composition makes the alloys highly resistant to both carburizations and to embrittlement from precipitation of the sigma phase. Incoloy Grade 800HT rods have high tensile and yield strength after the annealing process is carried out. Nickel Incoloy 800H/HT is recommended for high-temperature structural applications. Some of the major applications of grade 800/800H/800HT are Chemical and petrochemical processing, Ethylene furnace quench boilers, furnace components, and equipment, pigtails, outlet manifolds, and quenching-system piping. As Alloy 800 rods contain high chromium contents, they have good resilience to many sulfur-containing atmospheres at elevated temperatures.
